Here are some common questions you may have
Yes, please complete the PO request form to proceed with securing seats for your candidates.
Your PO must be submitted by Friday, March 13 to initiate the invoicing process. Seats will be secured once the invoice has been paid.
Yes. You may still request a quote based on the total number of exams your employees plan to register for. However, when submitting the PO, you will need to provide the candidate names, the number of exams each candidate plans to attempt, and the city where each candidate will attend
You may substitute candidates as needed. Please notify your partner manager of any changes so our records can be updated to the event
All candidates must bring a valid government-issued ID and a laptop to be admitted into the exam room.
No. All travel arrangements, including lodging, must be coordinated by the candidate’s employer.
No. Each candidate is allowed only one exam attempt during the event unless has purchased an additional exam and can substitute that exam for an additional attempt.

Candidates scheduled for two exams will receive an email the week prior to the event with reporting instructions. Candidates taking multiple exams will be asked to arrive earlier, while those taking one exam will arrive later to ensure a smooth exam experience.
Please include dietary restriction information when submitting the list of attending employees. If changes are needed after submission, contact your partner manager.
Yes. Your Partner Manager can advise on how many seats your organization is entitled to. After April 14th, any remaining available seats will be opened for purchase by additional participants on a first-come, first served basis.
Participants must be currently employed by an existing PTC partner and support the products associated with the certification exams being offered at the event

All certifications are valid for two (2) years from date of successful completion.

Yes. A candidate may register for up to two (2) exams during the event. Please indicate this during registration, as pricing is based on the number of exam selected.
